Terms & Conditions of Sale

New Customers may charge their orders on a Visa or Master card or pay C.O.D. (Certified Check, Bank Check, or Money Order) upon delivery.

New York firms must furnish resale numbers with their first order, otherwise sales tax will be applied to your purchase. Customers requesting C.O.D. Company Check or Net 30 Account must submit a Completed Credit Application. We require as references the names and addresses of (3) current wholesale suppliers as well as the name and address of your bank. Credit applications are available upon request. Please allow three weeks for your credit application to be processed and the account to be opened.

 Prices

All prices are Wholesale and F.O.B. West Babylon, New York. All Prices are subject to change without notice.

 Ordering

All merchandise must be ordered by style number, page number and description. This will avoid confusion on items that are similar. Inferno Lingerie/ Brass Head Inc. can not be responsible for items that are mis-shipped when stock number, page number and description are not provided by the customer.

Back-Orders

We do not automatically ship back-ordered merchandise. We will telephone or notify you by mail or fax when an item (s) are back in stock, at which point you may re-order.

 Returns

We want you to know that we stand behind our products. We will accept returns on manufacturing defects; however, we are not a guaranteed sale wholesaler.

 Our Policy Guidelines:

  1. All returns must be pre-approved and have a return number.
  2.  All returns must have a copy of the invoice from which the merchandise was purchased, to insure proper credit.
  3. No credit will be given on shopworn merchandise, displays, merchandise with price tags, items that are not ours, or products altered by you or your customer.
  4. All parts, packaging and instructions must accompany return.
  5. After receiving a return number, the goods must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days.
  6. Merchandise ordered in error will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee. To avoid this situation please use stock numbers, page numbers, and descriptions when placing your order.
  7. If you receive incorrect merchandise or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to be precise, but if we do make a mistake, we want to correct it promptly.

We Reserve The Right To:

  1. Refuse shipments without return number.
  2. Discard items that were not purchased from us.
  3. Not give credit on items not pre-approved.

 Return Procedure

Please call our customer service department toll free at (866) 696-9888 for a return authorization number. You will need to have a list of the item (s) to be included in the return. Please do not return item (s) not authorized. They will not be credited. For your convenience in most cases we will authorize a call tag. Upon receipt of the call tag, affix it to the package and give it to any UPS driver within 10days, and we will pay the freight back to us.

Please Note: If products arrive damaged from shipping, you will need to file a claim with the carrier who delivered the package (s). Save the package and contact the carrier immediately.
